We’re delighted to welcome MA Fashion Innovation students from Liverpool John Moores University for the second year of our inspiring collaboration! This year’s Wardrobe Talk promises a sensory journey through the future of fashion, blending creativity, sustainability, and hands-on interaction.
This year’s students are pushing boundaries in fashion:
Isabella is focusing on senses and how they can influence our shopping experience. She will explore the sensory shopping experience, featuring scented prints (scent), various materials (touch), play a selection of music (sound), images of food and drink (taste), and various store layout sketches (visual).
Amelia is creating print based magazine about fashion in Liverpool/ the northwest and she is focusing on restoring the beauty in print media rather than a hands-on zine-making workshop. She will present Urban Fitz, her print magazine highlighting Liverpool’s fashion talent, with a focus on sustainability and the tactile joy of print media. With her we will create mini zines in our own vibe.
Plus more. A few more speakers will share insights on digital art, environmental impact, and lifestyle choices.
This event is open to all—whether you’re a fashion enthusiast, designer, or simply curious about the future of the industry. Join us for an inspiring afternoon!
